Mentoring Program

Participants are invited to join the mentoring program either as mentors or mentees. A dedicated section is available below through a Google Forms link where individuals can register for their preferred role. Participation in the mentoring program is free and open to everyone. Mentors and mentees will be matched according to the mentee’s preference, whether they seek guidance in the academic or industry sector and their preferred area within the geosciences. The deadline to register is 1st July 2026.

As the symposium approaches, all registered participants will receive an email from the Early Career Coordinators containing the contact information of their assigned mentor or mentee. After receiving this information, it is the responsibility of the mentee to contact their mentor and arrange a meeting during the symposium.

The main goal of the mentoring program is to foster knowledge exchange, share professional experiences, and provide guidance to early-career participants.
